Product Overview:
The fully automatic high-frequency heat sealing device is used for sealing and heat sealing medical PVC blood collection bag catheters. Mainly applicable to transfusion departments, blood collection and component departments, blood banks, and medical research institutions at all levels of hospitals.
Working Principle:
The high-frequency electrode on the heat sealing head conducts high-frequency induction heating on the PVC pipeline, causing the PVC pipeline to reach a molten state (the PVC material conduit is molecularly polarized under high-frequency electric field). At the same time, the heat sealing electrode compresses the molten part, and according to the preset program, completes one heat sealing after reaching the predetermined time.
